dnata, the leading global air and travel service provider, and Singapore Airlines have announced the expansion of their age-old partnership in the UAE.

After over 45 years of successful cooperation in Dubai between Singapore Airlines and dnata Representation Services, a subsidiary of dnata Travel Group, Singapore’s flag carrier has chosen dnata as its general sales agent (GSA) in the Northern Emirates, offering a wide range of sales, marketing and call center services.

Under the agreement, dnata Representation Services will acts as a key link between Singapore Airlines and local trade, supporting the airline’s commercial operations outside Dubai, including Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Through the partnership, Singapore Airlines gains to enhance its market presence in the UAE, with the help of dnata Representation Services’ extensive network, broad marketing, sales and operational expertise and airline representation.

Additionally, dnata provides the air carriers with secure, efficient and reliable aircraft ramp and cargo handling services at Dubai International Airport (DXB). Singapore Airlines used one of its newest aircrafts in its fleet, the Airbus A350-900, when the airline resumed flights between Dubai and Singapore, in January.
