The Rajasthan Chapter of the Association of Domestic Tour Operators (ADTOI) recently conducted a two-day familiarisation trip for the Management Committee of the Association. This trip was organised to send a message to the travel industry that it is safe to travel again.
The delegation was led by P P Khanna, President of ADTOI
The main purpose of this trip was to restore the confidence in travel among the public. Hence this trip was aimed at domestic travellers and was an effort to revive domestic tourism. Furthermore, the group examined the preparedness of hotels when it comes to welcoming guests.
The delegation specifically visited WelcomHeritage Indrapur, Mandawa Castle, and Mandawa Desert Resort. The representatives were satisfied with the arrangements made for their stay.
Social distancing and safety health protocols were put in place throughout the trip as per the guidelines of the World Health Organisation, Govt of India, Indian Council of Medical Research, and the State Government.Â
