Ernst Teunissen will retire from his position as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests, and Mike Noonan will join the business on October 31, 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Through the first quarter of 2023, Teunissen will be actively involved in major financial and strategic activities as well as ensuring a seamless CFO transfer.

Noonan joins Tripadvisor with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of corporate finance and capital markets positions. Since October 2020, he has served as the CFO of Noom, Inc., a consumer-focused digital health startup, where he held the position of chief financial officer. Prior to joining Noom, Noonan was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Booking Holdings, Inc., where he oversaw several corporate finance functions, including financial planning, capital budgeting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Booking Holdings, Inc., Noonan held a variety of positions in the capital markets at RBC Capital Markets, NYSE Euronex, J.P. Morgan, and Bear Stearns & Co. He received his B.A. in History from Davidson College and his M.B.A. from Duke University. Noonan will be responsible for the company’s global finances and related operations.
