Simon Casson will leave Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts after more than thirty years of service. Since 2016, Casson has served as the president of hotel operations for EMEA.

Simon Casson, President, Hotel Operations for EMEA, will be exiting Four Seasons at the end of September after 34 years of distinguished service. Simon is well-known for his authentic leadership, passion, and dedication to the people and culture of Four Seasons. During his tenure with the company, he achieved great success and numerous accolades.

Achievements

During his tenure, Casson helped the corporation grow from 16 to 120 hotels. In 1989, he joined the group as the assistant manager of the Four Seasons in London and went on to travel the globe with the upscale Toronto corporation.

After additional assignments in London and Washington, he returned to the same hotel in 2000 as the hotel manager. In 2005, he opened the Four Seasons Hotel Doha and was promoted to regional vice president in 2011 before relocating to Dubai in 2014 for the brand’s first inauguration in the United Arab Emirates. He also oversaw the company’s global spa task force during this time.

As president of EMEA, he has led new product introductions in Diriyah Gate, The Red Sea, and Sindalah.
