The company announced that loyalty members from these brands will achieve similar tier status on any of its brands. With more than 50 amazing ships visiting nearly 1,000 locations on all seven continents, this shared status expands on the perks already available to members and opens up new avenues for exploration.

The Royal Caribbean Group Loyalty Status Match program enables members of Silversea’s Venetian Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, and Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society to enjoy reciprocal tier status regardless of which brand they sail with. Royal Caribbean is the first major cruise company to offer loyalty status matching across its core brands.

Part of the Royal Caribbean Group’s continuous effort to provide the greatest vacations in an environmentally responsible manner is the new initiative. Through the alignment of its three leading industry brands and the recognition of guest loyalty throughout the fleet, the Loyalty Status Match program seeks to offer customers an unmatched vacation experience that is rewarding.

Highlights of the program include:

  • Seamless Status Recognition: After participating in each program, members of Crown & Anchor Society, Captain’s Club, and Venetian Society are now qualified to earn a one-for-one status match across all three brands.
  • Benefits onboard: Guests traveling on sibling brands are entitled to the onboard perks provided by each company for the tier level that corresponds to their own.
  • Easy Tier Matching: Within 7 days, guests who have already registered in more than one loyalty program will be automatically matched across brands to guarantee they are assigned the correct loyalty level.
  • Improved Travel Experience: Guests can choose from a wider and more varied selection of holiday experiences and locations thanks to status match.

Among the new status matching levels are:

May 2024: Through the Royal Caribbean Group’s Loyalty Status Match program, loyalty members of the three wholly-owned brands—Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, and Royal Caribbean International—can benefit from reciprocal tier status on all cruise lines.

It is now possible to match loyalty members’ statuses for future travel on a sibling brand. For instance, a member of the Venetian Society who has 250 VS Days and is scheduled to sail on a Celebrity Cruise can sign up for Captain’s Club, which will grant them Elite status if their loyalty accounts are linked.

In order to emphasize other significant legal provisions and clarify how member data will be shared throughout the various loyalty programs, the applicable terms and conditions are also being updated. Starting with sailings departing on June 5, 2024, members who get their status matched will receive new incentives onboard.
