On April 15, the first train of the Rocky Mountaineer’s 2024 season left Vancouver station for Banff.

The world-renowned glass-domed trains run through Western Canada and the American Southwest, providing all-daylight rides through some of North America’s most magnificent terrain.

The initial departure dates for Rocky Mountaineer’s four unforgettable routes are:

April 15: First Passage to the West (Vancouver-Kamloops-Banff).
April 16: Journey Through the Clouds (Vancouver, Kamloops, Jasper).
April 25: Rockies to the Red Rocks (Denver, Glenwood Springs, Moab).
April 27: Rainforest to Gold Rush (Vancouver, Whistler, Quesnel, Jasper).

Features:

Redesigned menus on Canadian lines offer travelers a variety of dining options inspired by the locations through which the train travels. Rocky Mountaineer continues to collaborate with local producers to provide regionally produced foods.

Guests looking to see even more of the Canadian Rockies can combine two legendary rail rides in a Circle Journey package. Our Circle Journey packages range from eight to fourteen nights, including up to five days on the train.
