In 2023, Nobu Hospitality will open five new hotels in Rome, Marrakech, Atlantic City, San Sebastián, and Toronto. With the latest announcements of Bangkok and Abu Dhabi, the 32nd property to join the portfolio, the brand continues to expand globally with a robust pipeline of development projects.

This year will mark the 10th anniversary of Nobu Hotels, following the 2013 debut of Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. For  nearly three decades, the Nobu brand has been linked with modern luxury and instinctual design, a dedication to premium ingredients and exceptional cuisine, and an innate enthusiasm for service.

Each of the 32 existing hotel sites was selected based on the success of a Nobu restaurant, with the goal of reaching 60 restaurants worldwide by the end of the year, providing a platform for locals and foreign guests to create unique food-related memories. With the concept of Kokoro, the Japanese term for heartfelt, uniting the portfolio, Nobu has maintained a strong family-like atmosphere over the past decade, fueling its continuing expansion.

Providing not only a place to stay, but also a place to live, the brand’s first luxury residences will debut in Toronto and Los Cabos in 2023, encapsulating the spirit of Nobu in both style and attitude.

With six additional residential projects in the works, including Al Khobar, Danang, Abu Dhabi, Tulum, Orlando, and Punta Cana, Nobu is positioning itself as a leader in the premium lifestyle industry by providing buyers with an exclusive customised experience. The houses will give intentional design, elevated facilities like as Nobu dining and room service, and unrivalled connectivity to the surrounding area through a devoted team.
