Starting now, interested firms, regions, and destinations may reserve their exhibit at ITB Berlin 2025 online and begin planning even sooner for the World’s Largest Travel Trade Show. From March 4 to 6, 2025, the worldwide tourism industry and actors from across the value chain will convene on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

“Following the huge success of the last ITB Berlin and the positive feedback from exhibitors and trade visitors, we are pleased to give exhibitors the opportunity for the first time to plan much earlier for ITB Berlin 2025“, stated Christina Freier, ITB Berlin’s Head of Sales and Administration. “We advise customers to register as soon as possible in order to take advantage of our Early Bird rates and secure the best location for their stand.“

Discounts for Early Birds

Companies who want to participate at ITB Berlin 2025 have until July 1, 2024, to get Early Bird savings and reserve space at the standard fee for this year’s event. ITB Berlin’s website contains a stand charge calculator as well as more information: ITB Berlin stand registration.

The registration deadline is September 1, 2024, after which the ITB Berlin staff will arrange the halls and notify exhibitors of probable stand positions. Exhibitors will receive official order confirmation from ITB Berlin.

Companies that participate in ITB Berlin have the chance to present their products and services to both expert international audiences and senior decision-makers. Exhibitors can network with the world’s leading tourist industry actors from all stages of the value chain. They can also get valuable information about all facets of a rapidly evolving tourism industry.

Despite ITB Berlin’s breadth and a diverse selection of products and services from over 180 nations and territories, the halls are simple to explore. In addition to a geographical structure by destination, the halls are subdivided by market category under the most major tourism categories. They are: Business Travel, MICE, Hospitality, Travel Technology, Cultural Tourism, LGBTQ+ Tourism, Adventure Travel, Responsible Tourism, Medical & Health Tourism, and Luxury Travel.
