Emirates has announced the launch of the ultra-luxury cruise ship Emirates Sealine.

The airline broadcast a clip of a trial voyage around the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Emirates asserts that its cruise excursions offer “unimaginable” experiences and transport passengers to exotic locales.

The company announced a multibillion-dollar purchase of ten cruise ships, all of which are equipped with cutting-edge technology and amenities.

Emirates announced that the inaugural cruise will depart from Dubai Harbour on April 1, 2024, with Karachi as the first port of call.

From powerboat racing in Dubai’s Dubai Water Canal to, most recently, the Emirates Great Britain SailGP Team, Emirates has been closely associated with maritime endeavours since its founding. Captain Jack Shallow, the newly appointed chief maritime officer at the helm of Emirates Sealine, said in a statement that while cities around the globe remain tethered to challenges, Dubai is sailing at unimaginable speeds and has exceptional cruise and multimodal transport infrastructure.

Emirates has assured its guests a stress-free air-land-sea experience by transporting them between Dubai Airport and Dubai Harbour in custom-built electric chauffeur-driven vehicles.

Those interested in a cruise with a high level of luxury: Beginning on 31 June 2023, passengers will be able to book trips and observe available routes on the Emirates Sealine website.
