A marketing campaign has been introduced by Delta and LATAM Airlines, which visually represents the alliance’s extensive route network and exceptional customer benefits for air travelers across the Americas.
Ever since their revolutionary collaboration was established in 2022, the renowned airlines have enhanced the ease and pleasure of air travel connecting North and South America through the expansion of their route networks, streamlining of flight schedules and airport operations, and provision of improved access to 300 destinations across the two continents. This is why Delta and LATAM, similar to travelers, their loved ones, companions, and final destinations, strengthen each other and are “Meant to be Together,” as the campaign slogan implies.
“Since the inception of our collaboration with LATAM, we have worked tirelessly to unite the two continents like never before, connecting cultures and building bridges between people,” said Delta’s vice president for Latin America, Alex Antilla. “The ‘Meant to Be Together’ campaign mirrors our shared vision and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.”
Various channels of communication, such as social networks and digital media, will be utilized to promote the “Meant to Be Together” campaign. The campaign revolves around the exemplary partnership between Delta and LATAM, which facilitates smooth travel and remarkable connections by leveraging their superior networks, offering loyalty benefits, and providing an award-winning customer experience both on the ground and in the air.
CEO of LATAM Airlines Group Marty St. George stated, “The goal of this campaign is to celebrate our progress in collaboration with Delta Air Lines to significantly improve the travel experience for customers moving between North and South America.” He added that the benefits that passengers are already enjoying include a significantly expanded selection of routes, quicker connection times, and more.
Exciting service expansions between the United States and South America have been announced by the Delta-LATAM Joint Venture, including the addition of new routes and increased frequencies. LATAM operates the Orlando-Bogotá, Los Angeles-Sao Paulo, Medellín-Miami, and an additional Lima-Atlanta frequency routes that are now operational as a result of the partnership.
Furthermore, Delta has expanded its service between Atlanta and Bogotá by adding a second daily flight. The partners plan to launch three new routes in December, including three Delta services: Atlanta to Cartagena commencing on December 22, a seasonal service from New York-JFK to Rio de Janeiro commencing on December 16, and the return of the Atlanta-Rio de Janeiro service, which will resume year-round operations on December 16 in response to increasing demand.
While Delta and LATAM Airlines further develop their collaboration, the campaign will serve as a poignant illustration of their mutual objective: connecting people, businesses, and communities, while also enhancing the experiences of their passengers.
