The hotel, which will be located within Defence Housing Authority Phase 6 (DHA-6), will be managed by Valor Hospitality Partners and is anticipated to open in 2024.
Sunjae Sharma, Managing Director, Southwest Asia, Hyatt India Consultancy Pvt Ltd. said, “We look forward to collaborating with the FP Global (Private) Limited team and Valor Hospitality Partners to unveil the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Pakistan with Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA. The hotel boasts roughly 8,600 square feet (800 square metres) of adaptable event and meeting space, including a ballroom.
“We are delighted to announce our first property in Lahore, Pakistan with Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA, and thrilled to collaborate on this project with Hyatt,” said Julien Bergue, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valor Hospitality Partners Middle East & CIS.

Immad Ali Khan, CEO, FP Global (Private) Limited commented, “We are honoured to work alongside Hyatt to introduce the first Hyatt-branded hotel to Pakistan under the Hyatt Regency brand, and are confident that combining our premium hospitality expertise with Hyatt’s international operating standards will enable us to deliver a truly spectacular experience to the numerous guests visiting Pakistan, as well as the local community in the city of Lahore.”
The hotel will be located adjacent to Allama Iqbal International Airport, making it a great option for guests seeking convenience. Not only will the hotel’s location be great for experiencing the city’s famed food scene, but it will also serve as an ideal base for travellers visiting one of Pakistan’s most lively and culturally rich cities, including the Badshahi Mosque, Shalimar Gardens, and Lahore Fort.
Moreover, Lahore’s vicinity to the capital city of Islamabad, as well as the hotel’s accessibility to the Lahore Junction railway station, which is a 30-minute drive away, will allow guests to discover the region’s diverse cultures and attractions.
