Wyndham Alltra is a new all-inclusive resort brand created by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Playa Hotels & Resorts.

Wyndham has launched its 22nd brand, the first dedicated solely to the fast-growing all-inclusive market.

Wyndham initiates a strategic collaboration with Playa Hotels & Resorts in connection with the introduction of the brand.

The name of the new brand comes from the marketing promise of “all-inclusive travel for all,” which aligns with Wyndham’s objective of providing outstanding experiences to everyday travellers.

Wyndham Alltra offers an all-inclusive resort experience that is unique in the upper-midscale market, with upscale food and beverage, services, amenities, and activities that are infused with a particular local flavour.

In the Caribbean and other resort regions, the brand will provide both family-friendly and adults-only resorts.

The 458-room Wyndham Alltra Cancun, which is located in the heart of the Hotel Zone and features ten restaurants, bars, lounges, and pools, and the 287-room Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen, which is located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, are the first two resorts to debut under the Wyndham Alltra brand.

Both resorts are now undergoing renovations but will reopen in time for the holidays in December as Wyndham Alltra properties.

The two resorts will be the first of several to be built as part of Wyndham and Playa’s strategic agreement in the upper-midscale, all-inclusive resort sector in the Caribbean and Mexico, where Playa now operates.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts president and chief executive officer Geoffrey Ballotti, “Wyndham Alltra will introduce many of our over 150 million annual guests to our first all-inclusive brand.”
