The deal includes the unique right to launch the first Steigenberger Porsche Design Hotels project in the Middle East, which was signed in the presence of Ahmed Al-Khateeb, minister of tourism and chairman of the TDF.
TDF’s CEO Qusai Al-Fakhri and Deutsche Hospitality’s CEO Marcus Bernhardt inked the agreement.

The hotels will have a restaurant and lounge concept, unique meet and greet places, and world-class health and beauty amenities, including a gym and wellness area, with a minimum of 150 rooms, suites, and penthouses.
Bernhardt added: “We are pleased to collaborate with TDF to launch new hotel projects in Saudi Arabia, including the first Steigenberger Porsche Design Hotel in the Middle East.
