Marriott International and Colombo City Centre Partners (Private) Limited, part of the Abans Group, has signed an agreement to inaugurate the Courtyard by Marriott brand in Sri Lanka. The hotel is expected to open around the end of this year and will feature 164 rooms.

Located in the heat of Colombo city, near Beira Lake, the Courtyard by Marriot will offer convenient business connectivity as well as excellent views of the city skyline.
