Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has announced a total renovation of its 14 Park View Deluxe suites, located on the sixth through twelfth floors of the AAA Five-Diamond-rated Resort. The suites provide stunning views of the lakes and woodlands, as well as terrace views of the nightly pyrotechnics at Walt Disney World Resort. The Park View Deluxe suites, which feature a spacious living area, a three-quarter bath, a separate bedroom, a complete five-piece bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and an expansive terrace, have been redesigned in a contemporary style with hues of taupe, grey, soft blush and moss green. The residential-style suites feature a neutral colour palette and contemporary textures and patterns throughout to create a tranquil environment for visitors.
The interior design of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando was a collaboration with Parker Torres Design of Boston. Kristen Emory, the project’s main designer, explains, “Our goal was for guests to feel enveloped in an atmosphere that stimulates the senses while also evoking a feeling of tranquility. Whimsical and playful details woven into the richly layered elements will remind guests of the magic they experienced at this iconic destination.”
Upon entering the Park View Deluxe Suite, guests step onto a gorgeous light herringbone tile entryway floor and are greeted by a vestibule with charging ports that are functionally designed and accentuated by a decorative wall element. The white wall relief, set within an accent panel of walnut wood, features a floral motif with concealed whimsical elements. Upon closer inspection, guests will observe a castle, a honey pot, and a star incorporated into the design; these whimsical elements pay reverence to the Resort’s location within Walt Disney World Resort.
Thomas Steinhauer, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Orlando, notes that the neutral decor is ideal for unwinding in after a day spent exploring the vibrant, teeming destination. “Many guests who come to Orlando have the mindset of being on-the-go, with all of the excitement Orlando has to offer,” says Steinhauer. “Upon returning to the resort after a day of enjoyment and stepping into a Park View Deluxe Suite, the atmosphere is genuinely relaxing. The colours and layout are ideal for families, providing a well-designed space for them to relax and spend time together.”
The core living area has a broad plank light oak wood floor and a hand-tufted wool accent rug. The room is anchored by a beige textured fabric sectional sofa bed with decorative pillows and a decorative reclining chair. In addition to a workstation, the living area features a custom-built console concealing a coffee bar and refrigerator that matches an adjacent multipurpose bar. A built-in banquette, table, and two chairs offer the ideal space for in-room dining. The metallic organic pattern of the wall covering above the banquette reflects the bronze-colored pendant light that drapes above the table. The expansive terrace features a table for four along with additional chairs and footrests.
The king bed in the master bedroom is flanked by custom walnut wood illuminated accent panels that extend a connection to the walnut panels in the entryway. In lieu of a headboard, a linear wall covering inspired by a watercolour wash creates an ambiance conducive to a restful night’s sleep. The bedside lights and charging ports are seamlessly integrated, and the underbed illumination serves as both a design element and a nightlight. A 65-inch flat-screen television is situated above a wall-mounted, oversized circular chair with numerous cushions. The dual walk-in closets have been updated with mirrors and marble valet tops.
Emory observes that the design’s richly layered details convey an understanded elegance. With organic forms and warm, tranquil tones inspired by nature, the overall aesthetic is both contemporary and residential.
Each Park View Deluxe Suite is 1,000 square feet (93 square metres) in size and features a sofa bed (a sectional sofa in the living area) in addition to a distinct bedroom with a King bed. Each suite has the ability to connect to a second guestroom, making them ideal for families and larger groups.

The Ultimate Suites Experience & Top Floor Buyout is available for those who desire the utmost privacy and the comfort and convenience of having family and/or companions on the same floor.
