Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced on Tuesday, the addition of Marc Speichert to its executive leadership team in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective May 3, 2021.

It is a crucial time in the travel and hospitality industry and the newly created role by Four Seasons for Speichert is a wise decision.  Speichert will oversee the development and execution of the company’s integrated commercial strategy with a mandate that includes the identification of new products and markets; revenue growth across the company; brand marketing, global public relations and social media; data analytics, market insights and customer engagement; the brand’s extensive digital ecosystem; and global distribution and worldwide reservations.

Davison praises Marc’s global experience and marketing acumen. He says Marc is an inspiring leader with a collaborative style that extends through his work and to those he works with. Marc’s appreciation for Four Seasons people, culture and values further strengthens Four Seasons executive team as it continues to extend its leadership position worldwide.

Speichert along with other members of the executive leadership team will be involved in all focal points of the Four Seasons guest experience, from the brand’s hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars and spas, to the growing Four Seasons residential portfolio and product extensions including the Four Seasons Private Jet and online retail program, as well as digital engagement through social media and the Four Seasons App.

Speichert is presently the Chairman of MMA Global’s Chief Digital Officer Board (CDO Board), guiding member organizations re-think the ever-evolving needs of consumers and customers in an increasingly digital world. He also sits on the advisory panel of Glasswing Ventures, a VC fund focused on funding entrepreneurs harnessing the power of AI and frontier technologies.

Speichert will begin his role at Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts in London, England with plans to later relocate to the Four Seasons offices in New York City.
