British Airways and British Airways Holidays launched their Original Sale, offering discounted airfare and vacation packages for travel throughout 2023 and 2024.
The sale, which runs from 11 to 30 May 2023, includes both short- and long-haul destinations, with highlights including European beach vacations starting at £279 per person, New York city breaks starting at £449 per person, and Caribbean resort stays starting at £549 per person.
Flight only
Those searching for transatlantic flight-only options can book return flights to New York for £352, Orlando for £355, and Cincinnati for £499, a new destination. Those travelling east can purchase return flights to Dubai starting at £449.
Customers who book World Traveller (long-haul economy) will also have the option to upgrade to World Traveller Plus (premium economy) for an additional £199 round-trip. Long-haul passengers can upgrade to experience wider seats and more legroom, two meals and a free bar service, priority boarding, a larger baggage allowance and a stylish amenity kit made from recycled plastic bottles.
Executive Club members can also save Avios, with return flights to Orlando costing £165 + 42,900 Avios and flights to Dubai costing £209 + 55,000 Avios.
Holiday packages
British Airways Holidays provides a variety of attractive vacation packages for customers who schedule their flight and hotel together. St. Kitts, St. Lucia, and Barbados offer seven-night vacations for as little as £579 per person (ppp), £729 per person (ppp), and £679 per person (ppp), respectively.
Three-night trips to Dubai start at £499 per person, while a seven-night trip to Marrakesh costs just £279 per person. Customers can take up the sun in Tenerife for £279 per person, the Algarve for seven nights for £219 per person, and Malta and Corfu from $289 per person.
